Throughout his career, Hans has been involved in the construction and repair of a variety of vessels, including tugboats and commercial and fishing vessels over 270 feet in length. Managing shipyard operations with workforces of up to 500 employees, gaining practical experience in addressing the industry's challenges. Hans has worked extensively with shipyard contractors, giving him a clear understanding of client needs and expectations. This experience of being on the other side of the table supports our goal of always providing reliable and efficient labor solutions.
