Phoenix Labor Group is proud to operate its fitter training center in Panama City, Florida. The comprehensive 200-hour program equips trainees with technical and practical skills essential for success as a pipe fitter.

•Blueprint Reading and Interpretation: Students learn to accurately read and understand piping and isometric drawings.

• Pipe Fitting Techniques: Comprehensive instruction on various pipe fitting methods, including cutting, threading, bending, and assembling pipes and fittings.

• Welding Techniques: Hands-on training in welding techniques specific to pipe fitting applications, emphasizing safety and quality.

• Safety Protocols: A strong emphasis is placed on safety procedures and best practices to ensure a safe and productive work environment.

The program is led by Yuri Balbuena, a highly experienced instructor with over 20 years of experience as a pipe foreman at Eastern Shipbuilding. Yuri’s industry expertise and practical insights give trainees valuable guidance and a solid career foundation.
