PIPE & Steel Fabrication  

Our skilled tradespeople provide high-quality pipe + steel fabrication for industrial and commercial projects. By assembling piping systems off-site in controlled environments, we help reduce field installation time, minimize errors, and improve overall project efficiency. Whether it's carbon, stainless, or specialty alloy piping, our workforce ensures precise, code-compliant spools delivered ready for installation.

Marine mobile

We are ready to support Tampa Ship directly with our team of supervisors, fitters, and welders. We can specifically provide groups of skilled workers for contract jobs, supervised by certified ABS welders, using PLG’s ABS-approved welding procedures. Our service also includes on-site competent person .

As an example, we will have nine ship-fitters replacing propulsion thrusters on two tugboats in Seattle in June and July. For this project, we will provide all necessary equipment, including welders, plasma cutters, torches, and gas.

Kingsmen electrical

Kinsmen Electrical Services is currently working on contracts at Eastern Shipbuilding and is looking to support Tampa Ship. Our team of electricians, including supervision, can offer comprehensive electrical services such as cable pulling, terminations, and full-system wiring for:

  • Bow thrusters

  • Main propulsion

  • Steering

  • Reduction gear

  • R.O. plants

  • Alarm and monitoring systems

  • Main power distribution

 Additionally, our steel fabrication shop in Panama City can provide foundations for mounting electrical equipment, including transformers, switchgears, control panels, EV charging stations, and lighting systems.

Our management team includes Daniel Taylor, a highly experienced manager known for successful electrical installations on new-build vessels. His team managed the complete electrical installation on two 92 MT BP Rotor Tugs, recognized as WorkBoat Magazine’s Vessels of the Year in 2023. Daniel is also a Level 1/Category 1 Certified Thermographer, a service Kingsmen offers to clients.
